Crèche
Our crèche is open on Sunday mornings and staffed by experienced and friendly volunteers. Parents may stay until their child is comfortable. At an appropriate moment parents can leave their children and attend the church service at 10:30 am. When children reach school-age, they will progress on to Sunday Club.
Sunday Club
Children from P1 to year S4 are welcome to join in the fun at Sunday Club, which meets in the High Kirk Halls at 10.30am. Activities involve games, stories and Bible study. Younger children do crafts based on Bible stories, while older ones explore passages in depth.
Rainbow Club
Our lively parent and toddler group runs on a Wednesday morning from 10am during school term. Parents, babies and toddlers can enjoy free-play with toys, followed by a drink and biscuit, Bible story, art & crafts, and close with singing. Our group also provides a welcoming environment for parents to connect with each other and build supportive relationships.
Girls Brigade
3rd Stevenston Company
Being in Girls’ Brigade is about having fun, making new friends and exploring the Christian faith. Girls can join from age 5, and can remain until their 18th birthday. Girls are encouraged to develop self-confidence, leadership skills, and a sense of responsibility, while having fun and building meaningful relationships with other girls.
Fun Day
The Church of Scotland in Stevenston hosts a Community Fun Day every third week of July. The event, held at the High Kirk church grounds from 2pm, features activities such as face painting, a bouncy castle, potted sports, and a BBQ. Mark your calendars for this fun-filled day!
Holiday Club & Crèche
Children of all ages can join our Holiday Club that meets on Sundays during July & August, and on other school holiday weekends. This is a fun-packed time where children enjoy free-play activities, including football, hockey, badminton, crafts, and many other age appropriate fun activities and games. Crèche facilities are also available.
